This book has great pictures of a variety of mural styles. There’s something for everyone. Loads of pictures with descriptions and location details. It contains a lot of American culture as well as murals reflecting feelings from the wars. The brilliance of John Pugh’s ‘Art Imitating LIfe, Imitating Art’ which is so cleverly done that it is hard to tell where reality ends and the mural begins. There are also many murals depicting indigenous American’s and early settlers. I’m really pleased with the book, as I love murals and there’s a great range within this book.
