		<description>hey Deb,
Yes, you're right, you would make an excelent book reader on CBC Radio, for gardening or other things of the sorts. LOL. just joken around with ya. But realy, it isn't as aseay as one two three, or even four five six.lol. I used to do these once a month things with Much Music Vidio Tours, in and around the Durham Region. I always hated to hear myself talk through the head sets so l took them off and started doing my own thing. Only then did it start for me. With an Pod cast l dont think y waer a head set, do you?. You need to sit back and relax and do the " Good morning Vietnam" thing but not so extravagant, don't want to scare anybody away, ha ha ha. You should mabe try it Sheril, Loise and Bram style, whith a large cup of Java of course. And for your kinks and cracks in the neck and back, l've always believed that the less one dose in thier day the the sooner they sieze up. Start slow, start small and finish BIG. Keep it up girl, enjoy you on line.
thx
